上海多纶化工有限公司由上海石化研究院油剂室改制而成，是一家集科研、生产、经营、服务为一体的高新技术企业，也是国内最早从事化纤油剂研究、生产的企业之一；开发了一系列环氧乙烷、环氧丙烷深加工产品及磷酸酯类阴离子表面活性剂，并形成特定功能的复配型产品，广泛应用于日化、印染、制革、农药、冶金、建筑、造纸等行业。

Shanghai Duolun Chemical Co., Ltd. , transformed from the Oil Room of Shanghai Petrochemical Research Institute, is a high-tech enterprise integrating R&D, production, operation and service, and is also one of the earliest enterprises engaged in the research and production of fiber oil in China.
